Our payments work on a monthly basis and will be completed automatically every month unless cancelled. We have set pricing and no hidden fees. You can see how much you will be charged every month in your payment settings page within your organization. You can also change your subscription or cancel anytime within payment settings, but please note that we cannot give refunds for cancellation or downgrades. All payment amounts are in USD.

Though you can't create an organization for free, you can create meetings for free from our homepage. Simply click on "Create Meeting Document" and check out the features our meetings minutes offer. As for refunds, we have a 14 day refund policy for initial subscription purchases. So if you buy a subscription and decide that Knowtworthy isn't for you, please contact us within 14 days and we can provide a refund.

You can purchase additional hours of transcription a la carte should you need them from within your organization page. As with our plans, you can cancel or adjust these hours anytime and you will see how much you will be charged every month before you make a purchase.

Knowtworthy can currently transcribe ten languages in real-time or by processing file uploads and we are always adding more! You can currently transcribe in: English, Cantonese, Mandarin, French, Portuguese, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch, and Russian. You can change the transcription language for your organization at any time in your Organization Settings on the platform.

We provide invoices by request to businesses making individual transactions of $5000USD or more. Please get in touch with us by opening our chat menu on the bottom right of your screen to get set up.

We offer real-time chat support and your questions are a major priority for us! You can access all of your meeting minutes, action items, and information from your mobile phone or tablet by visiting app.knowtworthy.com, the same website as you would use on your computer.

Knowtworthy can be used by teams of any size - even just one person! Our software is built to easy scale up to your business needs and grow along with your company keeping your meetings organized along the way. Furthermore, the longer you use Knowtworthy, the more useful it becomes. You can look back on old meetings and easily track your progress along action items ensuring that nothing important gets forgotten or missed. You can also search for any meeting information that you like from anywhere within your organization with the click of a button.

As your team gets larger and the number of meetings your business has grows, Knowtworthy is built to easily adapt to your ever-evolving needs. For example, as new teams emerge within your business, you can allocate private team workspaces for these teams, and if you need more transcription hours to keep track of your meetings, you can add additional hours without needing to change your plan in your Organization Settings page. There is also no limit on how many meeting minutes documents your organization can store and your meeting history is always retained (unless you personally delete items) allowing you to look back and keep track of your meetings easily as your business scales, making Knowtworthy a great long-term solution. You also unlock increasingly useful business management features as you move up the pricing tiers from basic to business. Our onboarding process is quick and easy, built to get you right into improving your team meetings within minutes of signing up. Once you select your plan and name your organization, you will be taken through a short tour of the application to get you familiar with everything involved. Then, simply add the work emails of your coworkers in Organization Settings and you're all done! You can also get right to creating minutes documents and share them with anyone directly through the document's share functionality and add teammates later on.
